Pre-appointment Details
Thank you for scheduling with Foxcroft Solutions. Please ensure that someone is home or at the business 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Additionally, kindly have all previous information requested answered/prepared before the appointment to ensure a smooth process. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We look forward to providing you with our expert handyman services.
Cancellation Policies
Please notify via a phone call to us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee. All appointments are standing until you receive a confirmation message via phone, email or text by a team member. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment Policies
At Foxcroft Solutions, we strive to make the payment process convenient and transparent for our clients. Payment is due upon completion of services rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Some projects may require a down payment or booking fee, which will be communicated when the initial proposal is submitted. Final invoices will be provided at the completion of the project or service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic bank transfers for payment. Checks are accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval.
